Thanks to Kevin Flynn's sacrifice, Sam Flynn's sentimentality, Quorra's memory, and programming help from a handful of others (the younger Flynn determined not to make the same mistakes as the elder)

The Grid has been rebuilt almost from the ground up, and repopulated with some programs he wrote himself, some that were written by Encom colleagues and others still by old CalTech friends (and friends of friends at other universities and think tanks and et cetera)
